Art gazing : 2.14.25 (part 2) - OSGEMEOS : Endless Story
6/19/25
(The Hirshhorn - Washington, D.C.) February 14, 2025 - Instantly, I was excited, coming across the info about this exhibit — I love graffiti and street art, and am always curious to see how it’s presented in these institutions. Nothing could’ve prepared me for what I was about to see…
Manhattan, NYC - March 2018
I’d known of them because I had photographed their work one day while moving through NYC (pictured above and below). Even after witnessing the magnitude of one of their pieces, I still couldn’t fathom what I was walking into. I was completely blown away by the depth and grandeur of the exhibit. Their passion for their craft and culture shine so brightly throughout the immersive and detailed presentation, following “the twins” from their early beginnings to present day.

With an evident love for their homeland and people, coupled with their deep connection to hip hop culture, they use graffiti, music, and dance to create their own universe, paying homage to their inspirations, as they tell their story. Welcome to the wonderful world of OSGEMEOS.
Along with my favorite shots from the day, I put together a vlog of the visit below, specially paired with an excerpt from one of my favorite pieces of art, On Track, Vol. 5, by DJ’s Kon & Amir — It fit the vibe perfectly.
