Daily Operation ⏪️ May 2020
7/24/26
As we all continued to adjust to our new norms and wonder what to expect down the road ahead, during my outings I felt a spaciousness that I’d never encountered, in respect to the outdoors, specifically in city settings. With social distancing, we were all being more mindful about personal space, and with it being a mandate ( 6ft. from other pedestrians), I had this feeling of stillness surrounding me on my walks. Not that there were no people outside or around, it was just no one walking directly behind you, making you walk at a pace as to not slow traffic behind you. I found myself walking slower, less urgent to reach my destination, but really enjoying my journey… And moments when no one else was present, there was a certain ease and silence that was perfect for deep thought or detailed observations of your environment.
