Friday, April 10, 2026 (WASHINGTON DC)- This was a dope evening! Had the opportunity to support a fellow Photographer, Olot (@olotparkinglot). This brother’s energy is always welcoming, and it was reflected in the presentation.

We met ten years ago and been tapped in ever since. After witnessing his journey, I was excited to see what he cooked up!

Displayed at a private space, The Lily DC, (run by Candace Leigh - @districtofcandace), “Private Parking” displays a close up view into his perspective, his world, The Parking Lot. In this conceptual environment his goal is to set the mood for stories to be told. While he often uses himself as the subject, you will notice various muses and inspirations from the day in his work.

With the combination of Olot’s work and the curated decor and ambiance by Candace, a unique art gazing experience was had.
